The Maximus Group offers a full range of services for planning, organization, implementation, launch, and long term consulting for Catholic radio stations both domestically and internationally. Services are available as custom packages, or as individual elements.
Strategic and Financial Planning: Organization, implementation and launch of apostolate.
Episcopal Relations: Introducing radio to dioceses and bishops and seeking permission for radio apostolate.
Marketing and Community Relations: Plan and implement audience building and awareness campaigns, branding and logo development, creation of collateral materials, and design and hosting of web sites.
Programming Fundamentals: Creation of local programming, production of on-air imaging and branding, and building versatile programming schedules.
Radio Advertising, Sales/Underwriting: Create attainable sales strategies and goals, rate cards and advertising packages, and train staff to write in ?non-profit? language.
Development and Fundraising: Develop programs to attract high-level donors, parish presentations, fundraising events, on-air pledge drives, and cultivation of donor databases.
Human Resources and Administrative Consulting: Assist with hiring key staff, provide support for establishing key administrative systems, and guidance in working with volunteers.
